Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unlkr.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Unlkr. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use Unlkr, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and cryptocurrency wallet address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Unlkr only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Share illegal content, malware, or phishing links
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Engage in fraudulent activities or click fraud
• Attempt to manipulate or game the earnings system
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Policy

You are solely responsible for the content you share through Unlkr links. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate our policies. Prohibited content includes:

• Illegal pornography or child exploitation material
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Scams, fraud, or deceptive schemes

6. Payouts & Earnings

Earnings are calculated based on legitimate link views and ad interactions. Payouts are processed weekly in USDC on Polygon or Solana networks. We reserve the right to withhold payments or suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, including:

• Bot traffic or automated clicks
• Click fraud or incentivized clicks
• VPN/proxy manipulation
• Any attempt to artificially inflate earnings

Disputed earnings must be reported within 30 days. Network fees (gas costs) are your responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

Unlkr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unlkr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Unlkr displays advertisements and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Access to the Service will be revoked immediately
• Pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to violations
• You may not create a new account without our permission

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. Earned funds will be paid out according to normal schedule.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNLKR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU EARNED THROUGH THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unlkr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

14. Cryptocurrency Disclaimer

Payouts are made in cryptocurrency (USDC). Cryptocurrency values may fluctuate. We are not responsible for changes in cryptocurrency value, network fees, or blockchain delays. You are responsible for understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
